Universal Power Company Limited (UPCL) is a Nepali hydropower company that developed the 11 MW Tallo Khare Khola Hydropower Project, a run-of-river scheme on the Khare River in Gaurishankar Rural Municipality (wards 5, 6 and 8), Dolakha district, Bagmati Province. UPCL obtained the generation license in July 2012 and signed a PPA with the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) in February 2014; the project reached commercial operation on 21 December 2021.
