Ridi Power Company Limited (RIDI) is a Nepali energy company, originally established in 2001 (2057 B.S.) as Ridi Hydropower Development Company and converted to public limited in 2008 (2065 B.S.). It operates a portfolio of projects including the 2.4 MW Ridi Khola Hydropower Project in Gulmi and Palpa districts, Lumbini Province (operational October 2009), the 0.5 MW Rairang Hydropower Project (operational November 2011), the Iwa Khola Hydropower Project (operational October 2019), and the 8.5 MW Butwal Solar Project (operational October 2020). Through its subsidiary Sajha Power Company Limited, RIDI is constructing a 22.5 MW hydropower project in Sindhupalchowk. The company is listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange under the symbol RIDI.
