Daramkhola Hydro Energy Limited (DHEL) is a Nepali hydropower company developing the 9.6 MW Daram Khola-A Hydroelectric Project, a run-of-river scheme on the Daram Khola at Galkot-11, Baglung district, Gandaki Province. The project has a 247 km2 catchment area and a design discharge of 10.30 m3/s at Q40 (40% exceedance flow). Generated power is to be connected to the 33 kV Harichaur substation via an approximately 14 km transmission line in Baglung district. The company is a public limited company incorporated in December 2015. DHEL was listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on 5 November 2025 under the Hydro Power sector.
