NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited is a NEPSE-listed investment company established in September 2012 in Kathmandu, founded by 795 Non-Resident Nepalis (NRNs) to mobilize their capital and resources for Nepal's development. Originally registered as NRN Investment Limited, it was renamed to its current name on February 2, 2017. The company invests across diversified sectors including hydropower, banks and financial institutions, insurance and technology. Its hydropower investments include the 27 MW Dordi Khola Hydropower Project (Lamjung, operational since October 2023), the 73 MW Middle Tamor Hydropower Project (Taplejung), and the 28.1 MW Likhu Hydropower Project (operational since November 2023).
