Super Khudi Hydropower Limited to Issue IPO
The agreement between Super Khudi Hydropower and Global IME Capital was signed today during a special program held at Global IME Capital's central office in Naxal, Kathmandu. The Managing Director of Super Khudi Hydropower, Rabi Kumar Gautam, and the CEO of Global IME Capital, Mandip Luitel, signed the agreement.
Super Khudi Hydropower, registered as a public company in 2065 B.S. and converted from a private to a public company in 2080 B.S., has its registered central office in Dilli Bazaar, Ward No. 30, Char Khala. The authorized capital of the company is NPR 1.75 billion, and the issued capital is NPR 1.55 billion. The company plans to issue 6,975,000 ordinary shares to the public at a face value of NPR 100 each.
The hydropower company is currently constructing a 26-megawatt hydropower project in Khudi, Marsyangdi Rural Municipality, Ward No. 2, Lamjung district. The project, initiated in the month of Baisakh of the fiscal year 2078 B.S., aims to generate electricity from the Khudi River.
