Singati Hydro Energy Limited (SHEL) Calling 14th AGM

Singati Hydro Energy Limited (SHEL) has scheduled its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 1st Falgun, 2080, at Dhumra Baraha Venue, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu, starting at 11 a.m. 
The AGM will focus on three key agendas: approval of the annual report, endorsement of the auditor's report for the fiscal year 2079/080, including PNL statements and financial reports, and the appointment of the auditor with the determination of their remuneration for 2080/81. 
As the book closure date is on 18th Magh, the shareholders up to Magh 17 are entitled to attend the AGM. SHEL also plans to issue 100% right shares worth Rs. 1.45 Arba, consisting of 14,500,000 (1:1) units, resulting in a doubling of the paid-up capital from Rs. 1.45 Arba to Rs. 2.90 Arba after the adjustment.
