Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Company Calls AGM

Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Company (RNLI) has called its 7th AGM on 29th Magh, 2080. The meeting will be held at Lisara Banquet, Gyaneshowr, Kathmandu starting at 11 A.M. The date has been fixed by the meeting held yesterday.

Among other proposals, The AGM will endorse the dividend from the fiscal year 2079/80. The meeting of BOD has decided to distribute a 16% Bonus Share and 0.84% cash dividends for tax purposes.

Furthermore, the agenda is to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, Cash flow reports, and financial reports and also to appoint an auditor for the fiscal year.

The book closure date is Magh 15. Thus, investors maintained before that day will be entitled to the dividend and can attend the AGM.
