Dividend Declaration of SMATA; FY 2079-2080

Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited ( SMATA ) has declared the distribution of profits from the fiscal year 2079–80. In a meeting held by the company's executive committee on Sunday, it was decided to allocate 5.42% bonus shares and 0.29% cash dividends to the shareholders for tax purposes.

Upon receiving approval from regulatory authorities, Nepal Rastra Bank, and after Samata's annual general meeting, the proposed bonus shares and cash dividends will be distributed. In the preceding fiscal year 2078–79, the company had distributed 15% bonus shares and 3% cash dividends.
