Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta Announces 20% Dividend for FY 2079/80

Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited ( SKBBL ) has announced a distribution of a 20% dividend from the profits of the fiscal year 2079/80. In a meeting convened on Sunday morning, the Board of Directors resolved to allocate 15% in the form of bonus shares and 5% in cash (inclusive of taxes) to the shareholders based on the earnings from the preceding fiscal year. The planned dividend distribution is subject to approval from the regulatory authority, Nepal Rastra Bank, and subsequent endorsement at the company's upcoming annual general meeting. In the preceding fiscal year 2078/79, the company had disbursed 26% in bonus shares and 1.37% in cash dividends.
