Himalayan Distillery Announces 25% Dividend for FY 2079/80

Himalayan Distillery Limited (HDL) has proposed a 25% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The announcement came during the board of directors' meeting on 17th Mangsir 2080. 

The paid-up capital of the company currently stands at Rs. 2.42 Arba. As part of the dividend distribution plan, 10% bonus shares and 15% cash dividend (including tax) have been proposed. 

To formalize the proposed dividend distribution, Himalayan Distillery has scheduled its annual general meeting for Poush 25, starting at 10:30 AM at the registered office in Birgunj Municipality. The book closure date has been fixed for Poush 13, ensuring that shareholders holding shares until Poush 12 will be eligible to receive the proposed dividend and actively participate in the upcoming meeting.
