Opening range of the company will be Rs. 172.43 to Rs. 517.29.

IPO shares of Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited (CLI) have been listed in NEPSE with 3,75,00,000 shares. This IPO comprises shares held by the company's promoters and those offered to the general public.

The opening range of the company depends upon the audited book Value of the company. So, the audited book Value is Rs. 172.43 as per the FY 2078/79. Hence, the opening range of the company will be Rs. 172.43 to Rs. 517.29.

Out of the total 3,75,00,000 shares, 90,00,000 shares were allocated to the general public during the period from the 15th to the 19th of Bhadra, 2080, at a price of NPR 244 per share. This price includes a face value of NPR 100 and a premium price of NPR 144 per share.

Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited is a publicly traded life insurance company (LIC) that received its license from the Insurance Board in August 2017 and began operations in October 2017. The company's headquarters are located in Teku, Kathmandu. It was established with Nepalese capital by a group of promoters, including entities from the media industry (Kantipur Publications Pvt. Ltd.), Nepalese BFIs, merchant bankers, investment management firms, insurance companies, and high net-worth individuals.
