Upper Lohare Khola Hydropower's shares listed in NEPSE, What is the Opening Range?

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) officially included the shares of Upper Lohare Khola Hydropower in its listings on September 24.

On that particular day, the stock exchange introduced a total of 5,098,040 shares for trading, encompassing 2,498,040 shares allocated to the general public (comprising foreign migrant workers, mutual funds, local residents of affected regions, and employees) and an additional 26 Lakh shares designated for the promoters.

NEPSE has specified an initial trading range of Rs 97.87 to Rs 293.61 for the inaugural transactions, and they have also assigned the stock the trading code (ULHC).

To manage this issue, the company has enlisted the services of NIC Asia Capital.

Upper Lohore Hydropower Company Limited  made available 1,953,279 units of IPO shares with a face value of Rs 100 each to the general public from the 18th to the 22nd of Shrawan, 2080.
