Shree Distillery Limited calls AGM to issue IPO

Shree Distillery Limited is set for its 2nd AGM on the 4th of Falgun, 2080, at Avocado Cafe, Baluwatar, Kathmandu, starting at 2:00 PM.

The key agendas include approving the annual report, ratifying the auditor's report for 2079/80, appointing the auditor for 2080/81, and deciding their remuneration. A notable proposal is to issue ordinary shares to the public through an IPO, aiming to expand investor participation.
