Chilime Hydropower Company's Dividend Announcement, AGM, and Book Closure Date Determined; FY 2079/80

Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL) has announced a 15% dividend. The decision was made during the meeting of the board of directors held on Friday. From the profits of the last fiscal year, the board has decided to provide a 10% bonus share and a 5% cash dividend (including tax).

 After approval from the upcoming annual general meeting, the distribution of dividends will be made to the shareholders. The company has scheduled its annual general meeting for the 20th of Poush to seek approval from the investors. In preparation for the purpose, Chilime will close its books on the 8th of Poush. Consequently, shareholders can receive dividends until the 7th of Poush. Last year, the company distributed a 7.5% bonus share and a 7.5% cash dividend.
