Last Day to Grab Dividends from These Two Companies

Today is the last day for securing the benefits of NIC ASIA Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (NICLBSL) and Nepal Hydro Developers Ltd. (NHDL). Both companies will close the book for the general meeting on Monday, the 25th of Mangsir. Therefore, the benefits of these two companies need to be acquired through shareholding today.

NIC ASIA Laghubitta distributes a 15% cash dividend from the profit of the last fiscal year to the shareholders. In order to distribute these profits, the company has called for its annual general meeting on the 6th of Poush. The meeting will take place at 9 AM at Gorkha Hotel, Chetrapal Line, Dharan Sunsari.

On the other hand, Nepal Hydro Developers distributes a 7% bonus share and a 0.37% cash dividend from the profit of the last year for tax purposes, making a total distribution of 7.37% profit. To approve these profit distributions, the company has called for its annual general meeting on the 12th of Poush. The meeting will commence from 11 AM at Lisara Receptions, Naxal, Kathmandu.
