The company's board meeting, held on the 26th of Ashoj, has decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders at the rate of NPR 1,580 per share.
Shareholders will receive this dividend after the company's upcoming regular general meeting.
This dividend is the highest among all the dividends distributed by the company so far. In the previous year, the company distributed cash dividends at the rate of NPR 1,215 per share. The company has made this announcement in the backdrop of its prosperous 30 years of operation.
For the benefit of shareholders, the company has closed its books from Mangsir 12 to Mangsir 26. Shareholders holding shares until Mangsir 11 will be eligible to receive the dividend.
Up to this point, the company's share price has increased by 6.50%, reaching a market price of NPR 37,500 per share.
