Mid-Solu Hydropower Ltd is a publicly traded hydroelectric company situated in the Solukhumbu district within Province 1 of Nepal. It was founded on April 19, 2017, and boasts a power generation capacity of 9.5 megawatts. Initially, it started as a privately owned enterprise with experienced promoters in the hydropower industry. However, on June 30, 2021, the company underwent a transformation and became a publicly traded entity. The project is known as "Solu Khola Jalbidhyut Yojana."

The initial trading range for the company is determined by its audited book value. In this case, the audited book value for the company is Rs. 100 for the fiscal year 2078/79. As a result, the company's opening trading range is from Rs. 100 to Rs. 300.

The issue manager for this process is NIC Asia Capital Ltd., and ICRA Nepal has assigned a rating of BB+ for the issuance of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) to local residents, Nepalese citizens residing abroad, and general investors within Nepal.
