According to the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), today, one US dollar is officially valued at NPR 132.94 for buying purposes. The selling rate for the dollar stands at NPR 133.54.

Previously, the exchange rate of the US dollar had also increased to set a new record. According to the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), the US dollar had reached NPR 133.44 before. In comparison, the Indian Rupee has weakened against the US dollar. The weakening of the Indian Rupee has also had an impact on the Nepali Rupee.

Nepali Rupee has a stable exchange rate with the Indian Rupees. When the Indian Rupee weakens, it also affects the Nepali Rupee. As the US dollar strengthens, it will also have an impact on global trade and international business. This will make imported goods more expensive, affecting consumers.
