Oriental Hotels Calls Out AGM with Proposal of 5.2632% Cash Dividend

Oriental Hotel Limited (OHL) has scheduled its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the date of 25th Ashwin, 2080. The meeting will take place at the Nepal Administrative Training Institute, located in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, commencing at 11 a.m. on that day.

The following items are on the agenda for the AGM:

1) Approval of the annual report for the fiscal year 2079/80.
2) Approval of the auditor's report, which includes the Profit and Loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Authorization of a 5.2632% Cash Dividend amounting to Rs. 5,93,73,180.93 (inclusive of taxes) for the fiscal year 2079/80.
4) Confirmation of the appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2080/81.

Please note that the company's books will be closed on Ashwin 12.
