NIC Asia Bank has been unable to distribute dividends to shareholders for the past three fiscal years due to a tight capital adequacy ratio, preventing further business expansion. Recently, banks and financial institutions have started to announce their dividends for shareholders for this fiscal year. Machhapuchhre Bank, Sanima Bank and Everest bank have already declared their dividend.
