Last day to apply for Sun Nepal Life Insurance's premium IPO: How much should you apply for?

The IPO with premium issued by Sun Nepal Life Insurance, which has been open for applications since Shrawan 32, will be closed to the general public today on Bhadra 4. Before this, in the first phase, it was issued for Nepalis who are employed abroad.

Insurance got permission from the board to issue 9.6 million shares worth 96 million rupees, which will be 30 percent of its issued capital of 3.2 billion rupees. The remaining 480,000 shares have been allocated to collective investment funds, while 480,000 shares have been reserved for the employees of the company at a face value of Rs 100 per share.

The remaining 76,800,000 shares will be opened to the general public. This share was opened for sale at a total price of 239 rupees by adding 139 rupees to the face value of 100 shares.

How much should you apply for?

In this IPO, you have to apply for a minimum of 10 shares and you can apply for a maximum of 20,000 shares. As of recent allotment history and number of applicants similar to this company, a maximum of 10 units have been allotted to individuals, so we recommend you to apply for 10 units.
