RNLI: Last Day To Secure Dividends

Reliable Nepal Life Insurance (RNLI) announced that today is the last day to secure the benefits of its dividends. The company has decided to book close for tomorrow. The insurance company will conduct its annual general meeting on Magh 29.

Shareholders are encouraged to participate in the general meeting to be held on Magh 29, where the company will propose a bonus share at a rate of 16 percent and a cash dividend at a rate of 0.84 percent. Additionally, the meeting will discuss amendments to the Articles of Association and empower the executive committee to appoint auditors and elect two representatives of ordinary shareholders to the executive committee.
