No Dividends fo F/Y 2079/80 : WNLB

Wean Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (WNLB) announced that it will not be distributing dividends for the Fiscal Year 2079/80. The BOD meeting held yesterday has decided not to distribute any dividends.

The decision was made during the 134th Board Meeting held on Magh 10, 2080. The company has resolved not to distribute any dividends to its shareholders based on the profits generated in FY 2079/80.

The LTP of the company as of now is at 843.00 after the 16.00 points loss today. It had provided a 9.33% Bonus Share and 0.5% Cash Dividend in the fiscal Year 2077/78.
