Last day to Secure Dividends of HEI

Himalayan Everest Insurance (HEI) will distribute benefits to shareholders until Thursday, the 11th of Magh. As today is the last trading day of this week and the book close date is on the 14th of Magh, today is the last day to secure the dividends purposed by the company. The 30th annual general meeting of HEI is scheduled for Thursday, the 25th of Magh, starting at 11 AM at Baneshwor Banquet, Thapagaun, Kathmandu.
During the meeting, shareholders will be informed about a proposed bonus share of 8.63% and cash dividends of 6.37%, including applicable taxes. The meeting will also address amendments to regulations, the appointment of an executive director for four years, and other proposals.
