Applying time for Sarbottam Cement Ended for Nepali Citizens working Abroad

The application period for the IPO of Sarbottam Cement has ended today. The IPO issued from Poush 25 for Nepali Citizens working Abroad has ended.

The company had issued 2.67 Lakhs Units of shares for the Nepali citizens working abroad while 36307 people had applied for 23.4 Lakhs Units of shares. The IPO had been applied 8.23 times more than asked by the company. The company had opened the share at the price of Rs. 360.9 per unit.

The company had given the right to issue 60 Lakhs Units of shares through the Book Building Method. The company had issued 24 lakh shares for Qualified Institutional Investors and 9.30 Lakh for the local investors.

Global IME Capital Limited is the share registrar for the issuance of the IPO of the company.
