No Dividend For F/Y 2079/80: Prabhu Bank Limited

Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) has announced that ta bank will not be distributing any sort of dividends for the fiscal year 2079/80. The meeting held yesterday between BOD has decided to not distribute any dividends. In the last fiscal year bank distributed a 6.5% bonus share and 1.5% Cash dividends to the shareholders with a total of 8% as dividends.
