Ghalemdi Hydro to Auction Unsold Right Shares from Today

Ghalemdi Hydro Limited (GHL) is set to auction the unsold right share from today i.e. Magh 09. Interested investors can apply for it by Magh 23 2080.

The company had issued the right shares for the shareholders in the ratio of 1:2 in Mangsir for a total of 1,10,00,000 shares which was not applied in full. Now the company is set to sell the remaining 32,17,724 units of ordinary shares through the auction starting today.

Muktinath Capital Limited is the sales manager for the auction of the shares and one can apply the bid for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of all shares.
