Nepal SBI Bank announces the book closure date for its 10.55% dividend; Calls AGM on Poush 13

Nepal SBI Bank has called its annual general meeting on the 13th of Poush. The meeting will commence from 11 AM at the Tribhuvan Army Officers' Club in Bhadrakali. The bank has proposed distributing a total of 10.55% of dividends, with 3.75% as bonus shares and 6.80% in cash.

 This proposal, along with amendments to the articles of association and regulations, will be presented at the meeting. The agenda includes a discussion on the annual financial report, profit and loss statements, cash flow details, and other relevant information from the last fiscal year.Additionally, the meeting will approve the appointment of auditors for the current fiscal year, and the appointment of directors nominated by the founder group to the executive committee.

The book closure date to receive the proposed dividends is set for the 29th of Mangsir. Therefore, only shareholders holding shares until the 28th of Mangsir will be eligible to participate in the meeting and receive the proposed dividends.
