The company also aims to facilitate financial services such as insurance and inventory credit. Additionally, NWCL operates an auction house and envisions connecting to the commodity exchange.
Nepal Warehousing Company Limited has a total capital of NPR 68.75 crore, with an initial public offering (IPO) of Rs. 13.75 crore, constituting 20% of the total capital. Out of the issued 13,75,000 units, 10% (1,37,500 units) are allocated to Nepalese citizens working abroad, 2% (27,500 units) for company employees, and 5% (68,750 units) for mutual funds. The remaining 11,41,250 units are available for the general public.
