Miteri Development Bank Declared Book Closure Date for its 10% Dividend; Calls AGM on Poush 14

The annual general meeting of Miteri Development Bank is scheduled for the 14th of Poush. The meeting will commence at 11 AM at Sunsari Industry and Commerce Association, Dharan-1, Sunsari. In the meeting, the bank will propose distributing a 9.50% bonus in shares and 0.50% in cash for tax purposes, totalling a 10% dividend.

Additionally, the bank will present a proposal to engage in merger or acquisition activities with other suitable banks and financial institutions. The proposal also includes granting the executive committee the authority to work on mergers and acquisitions and to amend the bank's memorandum and articles of association. The meeting will also approve proposals such as the appointment of auditors.

 Miteri has declared the book closure date on the 28th of Mangsir. Therefore, shareholders holding shares until the 27th of Mangsir will be eligible to participate in the general meeting and receive the proposed dividends.
