Swet-Ganga Hydropower & Construction Called for an Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Swet-Ganga Hydropower & Construction Limited (SGHC) will be holding its annual general meeting on the 26th of Mangsir. The meeting will commence from 11 AM at Kundalini Durbar Banquet, Chhando, Kathmandu.

The company has not proposed any dividends until now. The discussion in the meeting will include the financial statements related to the profit and loss of the fiscal year 2079-80. The agenda for the appointment of auditors and determination of remuneration for the fiscal year 2080-81 will also be present in the meeting. The company closed its book on the 15th of Mangsir for the general meeting, and until the 14th of Mangsir, shareholders can participate in the meeting.
