Samudayik Laghubitta (SLBSL) Calls SGM to Endorse Merger with BPW Laghubitta

Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (SLBSL) has scheduled a Special General Meeting (SGM) on 30th Ashwin, 2080 at 11 am, which will take place at Hotel Ugrachandi in Banepa, Kavrepalanchowk.

During this meeting, shareholders will vote on approving a merger proposal with BPW Laghubitta, with a swap ratio of 1:0.8535. Additionally, the SGM will address proposals related to the post-merger tenure of the Board of Directors and amendments to the company's Articles and Memorandum of Association.

SLBSL and BPW entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the merger on the 3rd day of Poush in the year 2079.

The book closure date is set for the 21st day of Ashwin. Consequently, only shareholders who are recorded in the books before this date will have the eligibility to participate in the Special General Meeting (SGM).
