Last Day to Grab dividend of Oriental Hotels and 5 Mutual Funds

Today is the last day to grab the cash dividend proposed of six companies including Oriental Hotels, NMB Hybrid Fund L-1, NMB50 Mutual Fund, Prabhu Select Fund, Sanima Equity Fund and Sunrise First Mutual Fund

Oriental Hotels, NMB Hybrid Fund L-1, NMB Fifty and Prabhu Select Fund are closing their books on Ashwin 12, 2080  while Sanima Equity Fund and Sunrise First Mutual Fund are closing their books on Ashwin 14, 2080

OHL has scheduled its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the 25th of Ashwin, 2080. This meeting will take place at the Nepal Administrative Training Institute in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, commencing at 11 a.m. on that day. One of the items on the AGM's agenda is the approval of a 5.2632% cash dividend totaling Rs 5,93,73,180.93 (inclusive of tax) for the fiscal year 2079/80. The company's current paid-up capital is Rs. 1.12 Arba. It's important to note that the books will be closed on Ashwin 12. Consequently, only shareholders who have maintained their positions in the company up to today are eligible to receive the dividend payout. 

NMB Capital's subsidiary company, NMB Mutual Fund, has declared a 15 percent cash return distribution for both NMB Hybrid Fund L-1 (NMBHF1) and NMB Fifty (NMB50).

Meanwhile, Prabhu Capital, a subsidiary of Prabhu Bank, manages Prabhu Mutual Fund, which is distributing a 9.50 percent return to its mutual fund unit holders in Prabhu Select Fund.

Moreover, Sanima Capital's subsidiary company, Sanima Mutual Fund, oversees Sanima Equity Fund (SAEF), and it has announced an 18 percent return distribution.

Meanwhile, Sunrise Capital manages Sunrise First Mutual Fund (SFMF), which is distributing a 16 percent cash dividend, inclusive of taxes, to its mutual fund unit holders.
