Increase in Petroleum Prices: Diesel and Kerosene Up by 3 Rupees, Petrol Up by 1 Rupee

The Nepal Oil Corporation has raised the prices of petrol and diesel. In a meeting held by the Corporation's Executive Committee on Friday night, it was decided to adjust the prices by an increase of 3 rupees per liter for diesel and kerosene, and 1 rupee per liter for petrol.
As of now, the consumer price for petrol stands at 183 rupees per liter, while diesel and kerosene are priced at 173 rupees per liter. The Corporation has informed that these prices have been adjusted in accordance with the automatic pricing mechanism for petroleum and gas, as per the provision of 2080.
The Indian Oil Corporation had recently sent a new price list on Tuesday, indicating an increase of 1 rupee for petrol and 2.91 rupees for diesel.
